A cozy stay with helpful staff
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs, especially Pedro, who arranged my airport transfer, tours, and dining recommendations with a smile. The room was clean and equipped with essentials.
While the stay was pleasant, the lack of bathroom floor mats made it feel a bit slippery after showers. Additionally, the breakfast could have offered more variety.

my stay was almost manageable, except for the insultingly small breakfast options and the glaring lack of bathroom floor mats. i anticipated some special treatment, but it appears that everyone is treated the same here. disappointed, to say the least. could've given a good review, but just couldn’t because of these oversights.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful.
I couldn't believe the lack of basic amenities in the bathroom, especially no floor mats which made everything feel slippery and unsafe. The breakfast was a disappointment. it was tiny and didn’t provide enough options for a fulfilling start to the day. To top it off, we had to request additional hangers for our closet since there weren't enough provided, which was really frustrating.

We had an awesome time here. The area is safe, and we loved exploring nearby spots, including a nice soccer stadium just 900 meters away. The internet was fast, making it easy to share our adventures. Definitely try the BBQ dinner. it's a hit with everyone in our group.
One evening, the restaurant was a bit crowded, which made service slower than expected. It wasn't a deal breaker, but worth noting if you're planning to dine during peak hours.

Great location with friendly staff ready to assist. Loved the warm in-room breakfast and the grocery shopping service was a nice touch. The area felt safe and had tons of local dining options.
Could use more hangers in the closet and a couple of complimentary water bottles would be appreciated.

The hospitality was exceptional, with staff members always eager to assist, including help with transportation and food storage. The location offered a variety of nearby dining options, making it easy to explore local cuisine. However, there were some concerns, such as slow service during busy hours and a need for additional amenities like floor mats in the bathroom. Breakfast, while warm and decent, could benefit from more variety to enhance the dining experience.

Great staff and comfy stay!
Had a cozy 6-night stay with my partner here. The location is super convenient, just a stroll away from awesome restaurants and shops. Big shoutout to the kitchen ladies for the yummy in-room breakfast! One small thing though, the wifi was a bit spotty at times. But honestly, the staff made everything so enjoyable!
